Do you want to work on interesting industrial and commercial project never seen before?THEN APPLY NOW!Global leader in project and construction management is now looking for Junior Mechanical Engineer.Duties: -Add value to the project by early input to optimize design and minimize abortive work- Assist Mechanical Designer with concept design in accordance with project brief, design intent and company guidelines of the following- Mechanical plumbing services including DW (Domestic Water, Hot water service), SW (Sewage Water), RWD (Rain Water Drainage), PW (Process Water), WWT (Waste Water Treatment), NG (Natural Gas), SG (Special gases-N2 etc.), CA (Compressed Air)- Assist with document control and maintain disciplined system- Monitor and maintain control of design development from Concept design through to issue of For Construction drawings and documents- Understand local construction conditions and maintain contact with suppliers, and professional consultants for updating data base- Assist with developing of Technical Scopes and specifications, with proven knowledge in reviewing and recommending a large range of building materials- Awareness of Health Safety and Environmental issues and industry regulationsPozadavky: The successful candidate should have the following attributes: -University degree Mechanical Engineer-Local qualifications-5 years post graduate experience- Preferred graduation: CVUT/VUT specialization of TZB- Experienced in Design of Industrial and Commercial projects with emphasis on detail construction documentation co-ordination-Understanding of concept and detail design- Should have good knowledge of International, National and local codes and experience in interpreting codes for project benefit- Should have good practical knowledge of modern building materials, building services systems, and construction techniques- Should be computer literate with proficiency in AutoCAD 2007 and Cadkon, together with knowledge of Engineering software- Analytical skills for both design and detailing.- Fair knowledge of English.
