DESCRIPTION• Managing the Eastern Europe partner pipeline day-to-day driving acquisition, activation and monetization objectives• Interfacing to our other Skype teams in other geographies BUs• Being the touch point to Eastern European platform business partners • Proactively canvassing new partners, while driving existing partners “over the line” and Skype to monetization and/or long-term reach• Providing insight into our European strategy and making recommendations as to how we should move what we should do, with whom when• Raising issues that effect our partner businesses and surfacing them to the correct team members• Reporting on business performance, and articulating that within the organisation• Helping to steer our in-country strategy; defining how best to monetize the region and how best we can modify our offering to suit local users and potential local communities• Coordinating BD activities, and steering marketing and PR actions to drive user acquisition and monetization in the region• Prepare presentations, financial projections, and strategic analysisREQUIREMENTS• Solid experience in the Eastern Europe internet, telecoms VoIP sectors; including who the players are, what their offerings might be and how they differentiate from each other in-market• Track record of success closing, managing and driving to a long term success multimillion partnership deals in the region• Must be a marketing led BD person (customer’s needs first…)• Knowledge of how the region is different to others and how business models in-country vary, and differentiate themselves from their western counterparts• Flexible enough to manage multiple projects simultaneously and able to step back and see the bigger picture• Must provide insight at a high-level but be able to roll up their sleeves, pitching in on a variety of projects• Strongly analytical and skilled in articulating value in terms of revenue, brand equity reach; providing a persuasive argument but supported with real hard data where necessary• Razor sharp focus and ability to prioritise and invest effort in opportunities that best help reach business objectivesDesirable functional/technical skillsSome understanding of modern ICT like; mobile, internet, ad platforms, security etc• Must speak English (additional knowledge of a Eastern Europe language is desired but not essential)• Used to work in a multi-cultural environment where the ability to listen and understand other’s point of view, together with being able to communicate in a very persuasive way are often key drivers to success• Strong marketing as well as BD background is strongly preferred• Possess an understanding of some basic analytics/trend analysisOTHER INFORMATIONBenefits: Company offers real challenges, a lot of work, an above average compensation and benefits package, good career development possibilities in an international environment, they can offer fun and fully contribute to the success of young, dynamic and competent team members.By applying to this role you will have the opportunity to join an already big name technology firm who are developing exciting technology that millions of people around the world use.If you want to apply for this position, please, send us your curriculum vitae in English, with the reference number in subject of your application.In case you have had an interview at Grafton Technologies already, please contact your Consultant directly or just simply call us at +420 242 456 610 to get detailed information about the job and the company.For more related job opportunities visit *grafton.cz/it/Please read carefully the text below and attach it to your e-mail/letter.I agree that company Grafton Recruitment, Na Prikope 1, Praha 1, will process my private personal data towards mediation a job (filing, editing, sorting and its providing to a third party whose identity will be communicated to me) in accordance with legislative act number 101/2000 Sb.
